Cooperative Elder Services, Inc. (CESI) is thrilled to announce the selection of Lindsay Casavant as our new Director of Development and Communications. With a background in education, university research, the arts, and nonprofits, Casavant’s expertise includes marketing, fundraising, organizational capacity building, and community collaborations.
“I look forward to advancing the work of CESI along with Erica and her team at this time. The economic and operational impacts of the global pandemic are still being felt, yet the work of this agency has continued to thrive, shine, and provide a source of strength in communities for elders, adults and families it serves. I am proud to focus my efforts on such meaningful work with a caring and committed team,” Casavant said.
“Lindsay’s collaborative leadership style and proven ability to leverage the skills and passions of those around her to raise funding and visibility for organizations is exactly what is needed at CESI as we look to move forward, post-pandemic and into the future” said Erik Langhoff, President of the CESI Board of Directors.
“Our Board of Directors and Leadership Team are excited to have Lindsay join CESI at this pivotal time. Lindsay’s arrival is timed as CESI implements strategic growth initiatives including newly opened space located at 30 Sudbury Road in Acton. The new space offers a bright, spacious location to serve our participants and support program offerings. It is also conveniently off Route 62 and has ample accessible parking.” said Erica Johnson, Executive Director.
